My friend's dh goes to a bookies about 4 times a week. They were MS'd the other day and the manager got a written warning because one ONE betting slip that was found on the floor! How bloody petty is that?

I managed to find a set of briefing notes for another branch in the area and sent him the link for his interest.

If you do a bookies if you just see one betting slip, don't bother mentioning it as people are getting warnings.

Or you report back accurately which is what you're paid to do

Lets hope none of the MS companies you work for know your username on here - sending a client the briefing notes, you would be off the books so fast!

Actually if I am honest, this may seem very harsh, I do hope they take you off the books as if you do things like that you have totally missed the point of this job.

And I'm sorry but I will continue to report accurately, its what I am paid to do.

is this a wind up post ?!

you seriously should stop MSing now...
No one would get a warning for that, there could be 100 other things that he didnt mention why he got one, if at all

breach of confidentiality agreements, as much as i hate the MS company, mean you should be hung out to dry

I can only echo what others have said….If this is your ideaof MSing then please, for the sake of us that do this full time, give up andfind another job.
  • Hi, could anyone tell me if Service Measure are a legit company? I did a mystery shop for them, but their questionnaire was so badly written, E.g Was it opened or closed (Yes or No tick boxes), infact all the questions were bad and didn't make sense. Part of the shop was to take photos, but then they didn't want to see them! Should I give them my bank details for payment, or is it a scam?

I've done close to 30 jobs for them, never had a badly written questionnaire and never had to take photos without them having to be attached to the form.

Yes they are legit but I'd read the brief again.

Anyone else having problems with Market Force this evening? Was working fine and now can't log in (am hoping my report saved first....)

Yep - main problem is there's never anything worth doing on there :D
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
