TNS sent out three or four separate emails for each region with all our email addys out in the open, that is why these new scams are showing up on emails addresses normally kept for MS work.

They would be liable for VERY hefty fines for contravening the data protection act if reported

Dear me, no! Absolutely nothing would happen - so son' waste your typing. They would respond by saying it was an unfortunate error (incompetence) and they would claim measures were put in lace to prevent this ever appending again.

    Sounds familiar?

Better to dispose of that email address and create another.

Pretty much. I speak to real people at FT and get emails from them quite regularly.

Question now is what do I need to do to cover my backside? I am still so very angry at myself for being so stupid.

    Lil_Me,

Did it include your address details as well? , if so I'd consider signing up for Experian/Equifax paid for service to keep a close eye on your credit histories for 6 months (as there is the opportunity for identity theft).

Is it my imagination or are MF and RA both shopping for the same health store at the mo? Except RA is 40% of the fee (these being one of the few decent paying ones on MF). Does this mean they are transferring over?

Dos anyone on here actually do work for RA? Their fees seem to be about half everyone elses and they seem to be getting a lot more work at the moment which is a bit worrying as I can't afford to take their jobs at the fees they are paying, it works out less than minimum wage. So who's doing them?

Yes, it happens, maybe MF has subbed some out, maybe the client is using two companies.

Yes, I do pick and choose my jobs though.

You are working for yourself, there is no such thing as minimum wage in a contracting environment, the pay offered is to do the job it is up to you weather you take it or not.

Word of warning when accepting the new MF bookie calls, check the linked job the give you to go with the one you select, some are not as close as you'd expect, I've taken one is a suburb of Glasgow and it was paired with a bookies in Woking...

    I've been Money Tipped!
I truly hope this thread is read by MS companies who shop funeral directors.

Do NOT email me directly asking if I want to shop companies local to me. I have had to use their services far too recently and don't want to be reminded that these businesses exist as its too hard.

Might be an idea to turn off the email notification option if there is one.
