Is anyone having problems with entering results on Grass Roots system. Carried out visit on agreed date - 6th, but system wants date later than the 12th to be entered!!

It really is about using a little common sense with that one.

As I work at a college, I have a fair few students that work at a variety of pubs, supermarkets, the cinema I do my SPI's at. I just avoid them. Seeing as I work with about 150 students if I didnt avoid I would have to work in another city!

I agree, my daughters friend works in one of mine but I don't "know" her and she doesn't know what I do as I don't tell anyone, if asked I say I merchandise to everybody. No one really needs to know and I don't need the hassle.

Yes same happened to me as I had a supermarket today. Just entered the date for next week sunday and added an explanation at the bottom in the last comments box.

Sorry if anyone has already asked this but I could not find anything by seaching..... has another company picked up the slow TNS supermarkets or have they just stopped? If so who?
Also - how many companies do abai shop for at the moment? I get 3 on my screen is it worth asking for some more?

I think they have stopped for now and are using customer surveys instead. I wonder how long this will last though as customers are not going to look for / remember the type of information they wanted in their reports.

I wondered about the clients too...I had two assignments booked in for this week, and they have been cancelled due to the client changing their mind.

I recently changed my laptop and my all in one printer does not work with it. I will take photos of my receipt and explain this to the person that emailed me about the assignment. Done 2 or 3 shops were I took a photo of the receipt and explained the situation and it proved not a problem.

I've wondered that, it is certainly a hassle. I get the impression though that the important part of this is assignment are the photos, the actual write up seems to be of secondary importance.
