Doing a pizza one tonight. I have moved into my new build flat almost 3 years ago and their system for finding addresses only covers half my road. This is the first time I have come across this within 6 months of moving in! As my property is around several corners and front door tucked away, the person at the pizza place will inform the driver to call me outside (last property number on system)
I am going to mention this on my report as it shows 1. The systems need to be updated for addresses esp when this area has loads of new builds going on and 2. The need for further training as the first person kept putting me on hold and heard in the background 'she is lying'.
Lets see if they deliver in 45 mins.0 -
they only deliver to 1/2 my parents road for some reason despite still being in the same post code area, thankfully they log the phone number so if you call from the same phone again the address should pre fill in and they will know they deliver their
was it a gap one ?
the brief usually says to check your postcode on their site first and if they dont deliver, then not to take the shop0 -

Yeah, they have a new system which is a bit up and down, I had issues entering my results from this morning, give it an hour and try again. I try and avoid busy times as it looks like it is traffic related.0 -

No issues with the website and the whole street has the same postcode.
You would have thought that if I haven't had problems with my address with various companies in the past two years, that I should not had this problem again.
BTW the pizza arrived 7 mins early than their estimate time.0 -

err...yes it's a reasonably average sized town I know a few people and they know someone who works here and in every other supermarket in town and I've met and been introduced to them in passing....so does that mean I can never mystery shop anywhere. Personally, if I come across someone I know even vaguely know I'll just ask someone else the question....so I'm answering No...:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

In theory. But then I know a fair few people who work in a very large supermarket that I shop in. The place is that big, pretty much everyone round here knows someone who works there.
Most of them do nights, so they're easy to avoid, another does checkouts, so I just dodge her till if she's on when I do a visit.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0 -
Wow just done a gfk test for the audits. only 2 questions.!!0

But the question is "Do you, or anyone you know work there."
Not "Do you, anyone you know, or anyone that they know work there." Otherwise you'd have a link to nearly every employer in the region.
Just say "No", and use your noggin if you bump in to someone you do know working there.
Have a great 2013!!0 -

What it means is if a friend you have loads of contact with and any of your family work there - don't do the visit. If its like someone you went to school with but not have spoken to them since leaving school or friend's son's mate's girlfriend, you can do the visit.0 -

I read it as 'Is there anyone who works there that knows you MS or is a mate and will give you exceptionally good service or a bit of discount and completely b*gger up your visit?' If the answer is 'yes probably' then leave it alone.
It really is about using a little common sense with that one.
As I work at a college, I have a fair few students that work at a variety of pubs, supermarkets, the cinema I do my SPI's at. I just avoid them. Seeing as I work with about 150 students if I didnt avoid I would have to work in another city!Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk
I'm a woman's man: no time to talk0
