Do we have anyone Fit, healthy and willing near stoke, Manchester and Accrington on here ?
I have some night time merchandising work next week and need a few extra people:
Wed: Stoke 2/3 people x approx 6 hrs each
Fri: Accrington 2 people x approx 3.5 hrs each
and
Thurs DAY time : Stretford 1 person approx 3.5 hrs
All paid on a double figure hourly rate basis at the time on site so if job finishes earlier you only get paid for hours worked.
Night shifts starting approx 730/ 8pm and the day one is still TBC
Payment on completion at end of the shift on receipt of a signed invoice (blanks can be provided by me) on a S/E basis so usual tax rules apply etc.
No experience necessary full training given on site.
May sound over the top but Must be able to bend to the floor and lift their arms above their head without difficulty (ive had someone who couldn't before and couldn't do the job!) No Major heavy lifting involved. no alcoholics or drug addicts (yes had those too) and no one who needs a fag break every 10 mins. Friendly enthusiastic energetic people who want some extra Christmas fund cash are what I'm looking for.
May lead to additional work in coming weeks too.
If interested let me know ASAP via PM with if its just for you or another too for the 2 person jobs and name and but no time wasters please
cheers0 -
Thank you all for the responses. I think I will go with Middy's suggestion. Looks nice and discrete and doesn't shout "I'm an alcoholic".
I don't think you have to spend £x amount on the booze, it just says we will give you £x amount towards the purchase unless I am reading it wrong.
The amount isn't important, you are measuring the response of the staff. Any purchase of booze should trigget that.0 -

One purchase was 2 cans of something for £2 and the machine went beep. The other purchase was a tiny bottle of Echo Falls for £1.46 which again went beep.
I know folk have said TNS supermarkets have photos of mystery shoppers in the back, do GR supermarkets do the same? I swear they were all rushing around to help me today. I hadn't even asked them anything and there were like "Can I help you Sir?". I asked one of them to show me where tomato puree was and he was like "Sir, you stay there, I will bring it over for you". Is this normal?whitelabel wrote: »Thurs DAY time : Arndale 1 person approx 3.5 hrs
OMG. I am in Manchester next Thursday and I have some visits to do at the Arndale, so if you see some random person running around like a maniac looking for phone shops and the like, say hi!;)

God knows. I just think the GR supermarket ones know who I am now. In this store, they treat me like I am royalty.
Would love to help, but I am doing close to 20 visits and I don't even know exactly where any of them are save the Arndale ones. So might have to your work a miss. Sowwy.0 -

I dont miss those days.... just think of all those reports !
I spend a lot more time on the road now but generally less visits and reports for the same money.
Despite what I said previously, I had a very nice phone dictation report last week (but not for RM). The MS company were that desperate for the visit they not only doubled the fee but agreed to take notes and write up the report for me over the phone while i drove to my next visit (yes I have blutooth), as I said I was too busy to write it up before their deadline.. If only all reports could be like that Id do so many more visits in a day0 -

Oh I don't mind doing reports. I actually quite enjoy them. Plus I picked up visits and asked for mileage or increases and they all seemed to give me them, so can't really complain. And it keeps me out of mischief0 -
Mmm a little surprised at the lack of uptake on this
Does anyone have any sons / daughters / friends who may be interested ?
I have added another spot for Stoke now too.
I have 8 other locations around UK for this work next week and not had any trouble filling those, perhaps there are just no people from the forum in these regions ?
Any reason (perhaps other than late nights >?) that people arent interested ?
I may be able to assist with mileage too (to a limit) or transport home after (to a limit) if thats a problemwhitelabel wrote: »Do we have anyone Fit, healthy and willing near stoke, Manchester and Accrington on here ?
