I think you would have to query why you were not paid. Why are they not going to pay you? Did you mess a visit up?

I know some people don't like RA, but I do. I only pick their better paying jobs, including petrol and shirts and restaurants. They always pay on time. The first lot of shops I did for them, they paid me twice, not that I am complaining! :D
  • I've just done a couple of visits where I've not been able to get the staff member's name when it was required, etc. I find it difficult keeping track of what payments are for what at the best of times with them (though have never had any problems actually getting paid) so knowing that I may not get paid for some jobs is going to make it harder I fear!

Interesting about the GR booze element, I've always stuck to the minimum spend it states in the paperwork. You can get four cans of cheap lager (I'm classy like that :p) for about 50p over the stated minimum so I've generally gone for that.

It says "you can spend as much as you like but must purchase alcohol and spend a minimum of £x" in the "This assignment involves" section. Which I suppose does not necessarily mean you must spend the minimum on alcohol, but there is a minimum spend.

I understood that to mean you have to spend £x including the alcohol, so I've bought a single £1 cocktail and a couple of other non-boozy grocery items to make it over the minimum spend. It's never been queried.
Here I go again on my own....

As you have to do the first transaction through a main till, this time of year is a joke to join queues where the average transaction is £50-60, when you are spending a couple of quid. I have purchased more than that, but do a couple of items as a separate transaction as I say 'its for my elderly neighbour'

I am not showing myself as a MS as I work for a supermarket and we get customers that buy a few items on their own for their elderly neighbour or parents.
  • Does anyone have any RA money showing for Monday. Payments were all over the place last month, so hoped someone would know. Thanks everyone.
