Nano SIMs readily available from 3 network website and shops. Their HSPA/3.5G is plenty fast enough for most users. I bought a PAYG sim from them and was gobsmacked by the speed compared with all other networks. Swapped the PAYG for a "all you can eat" data contract (you can cancel with 1 months notice) and plenty of call and text allowance for my needs. Think it is £13 a month. Excellent.0

From what i understand the American mobile networks call HSPA+
(or what ever it is ) 4G even though its technicaly 3.5G and already available over here.0 -
LTE is marketed as 4G, but 4G refers to anything from 3G up to anything it wants ?? You think a international GSM body that agrees on the micro usb charging & connection standard could standard what speeds 3G, 4G & LTE are....SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

It's T-Mobile US that has the fake 4G, the rest of them (AT&T, Verizon & Sprint) use LTE.0

I talk of international, USA is a small part of international as big as a country it is though.
Likewise 45% owner of Verizon, thats Vodafone UK PLC could not have held out on its 900mhz 2G spectrum for 4G services and converted such to 3G and now moans over spilt milk that EE/Orange/T-Mobile have a unfair advantage, no Vodafone just common sense in Long Term Evolution in its brand & services.
900mhz 4G services would have made Voda the UK market 4G premium leader & brand, but Voda bit off more than it could chew AGAIN! lol.
Telecommunications companies really have a lack of such themselves with consumers & regulators alike.
Now Voda get in line to the auction, here and in AU - think long term in future you BRAT, £20+ billion loses easily creep up even for UK companies that are UK tax dodgers, power to who ? that will be EE then lol
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

That's nice......
Thanks for resurrecting a 5 month old thread which is now totally irrelevant.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
