Hi guys,
I am after some advice I have had a contract phone off work for the last 3 years and never had a problem but recently my handset broke and switched to a smart phone, I didn't know work didn't have a data plan and now i am presented with a £5000 bill and don't know where to even begin with what to do. Any advice?
Thanks in advance for your time.

Didn't you check the price of the service before using it? It's like going into a restaurant and ordering an expensive bottle of Champagne without reading the menu. All you can do is ask Vodafone to retrospectively apply their most appropriate data bundle.0

£5,000 in data charges in one month?! Vodafone charge £1 for 50MB so that is an awful lot of data used.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0

1st post, I wonder if lives under a bridgeDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

This has got to be a wind up. Seriously, who can run a bill up to £5,000 in data charges in one month?A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0
