For any of you irate existing customers that feel they're missing out (like me) - I went to retentions 08442 41 41 41 and haggled - guy gave me a not too good deal over 'phone, but I had a feeling, so logged back onto my account tonight and found a new offer - HD Pack @ £5/month for 12 months (min. 12 months) - with free Sky+HD box, free set up, free changes to dish, LNB, cables if needed, free Anytime+ set up.
Thing was, when you added it online, it wacked a £10.50/month multi-room on (which isn't in T&C's), so back on the blower to rententions and boom! All in for just a £5/month extra (sub, box, dish, LNB, cuddly toy).. Installation date arranged.

I have tried numerous times and code not being accepted - has anyone got a unused code I could try - moving to a new build house on 27th September so with all the moving costs a 50% discount would have been good. The area is not cabled so only internet via phone line available. Thanks0

It means the on-line sign up failed, so they will call you and go through everything again on the phone. Just got the call myself.0 -

Sky has said that its site should have no problems accepting codes now. You have until next Thursday to redeem your code so if you tried and it didn't work, please try again.
We may have some more codes to give out tomorrow. I'll update you here!

Does anyone know if some HD channels will be available with the HD pack ie BBC HD and any other non sky HD channels,or do you need a sky hd subscription to view any hd content?0
