mica, sorry, of course they will harass you, because you have paid them in the past, just remain strong/ come back here for further support/advice.0

Ok will do. Unless they start harrassing me loads on the phone I will ignore calls and letters. Thanks again!
When they phone ('cos they will) tell them you have taken off the rose coloured spectacles and will never fall for such a scam again. You deny that you owe any money and you dispute the right of the parking company to pursue an alleged breach in a car park they do not even own.
Use the words 'deny' and 'dispute' very clearly.
Then say ''I expect to hear no more from you or your alter ego Graham White because any other contact would be harassment now I have sussed your little game. Send the file back to the parking company. Goodbye.''
PHONE DOWN!
(NO DISCUSSION AND NO LISTENING TO THEM TRYING TO TWIST THE SITUATION BY SAYING YOU AGREED TO PAY. THAT WAS MONEY OBTAINED UNDER FALSE PRETENCES AND YOU NEVER SIGNED ANY CREDIT AGREEMENT UNDER THE CCA 1974 - SO IT'S IRRELEVANT).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How did you agree to pay them? It wasn't a direct debit or a recurring debit card charge was it.0

Hi just reading you post, a bit old hat now but i haver a similar problem with roxburghe hassling me for £88.00 what was the final out come0

Hi all, sorry a newbie here, i have read lots of threads about roxburghe/apcoa and need some advice. I have had 3 parking enforcement notices, which i ignored. Then came the letters from roxburghe, asking for £88 for each ticket (a total of £264). I worried over the first one and so paid it (stupidly) in two installments. Now i have had the further two, and paid 22.50 off the first one, agreeing to a payment plan to pay off every 3rd friday of the month. This was before I realised it was a scam! so wondering if i can now call and play the harrassment card, because they have my bank details to take the money already. can they still take it?! desperate for some advice, i am a student nurse and cant afford to pay these fines! thanks in advance!
Hi i am following you problem as i have had a letter today from Roxburghe and not sure what to do0 -

I tell you what you need to do, you ignore them utterly. When they write to you pretending to be graham white solicitors, ignore them as well. You can tell they are the same by the fact that the telephone numbers don't change amongst other things.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

it was a recurring debit card charge i assume, as she took my details from my debit card to be charged each month. not a direct debit. I have since cancelled said debit card.
That may not be enough, it's a bit of fallacy that you are encouraged to cancel cards to stop these payments, banks are legally obliged to stop recurring debit card payments on request, read the following link, and pay attention to the last post

This is often stated, but to be honest I've reported a card lost on at least two occasions in order to put an end to a recurring payment, and it worked like a charm both times.Je suis Charlie.0 -

And equally I have stopped payments being taken by asking the bank to stop paying them, and I have still got the same debit card.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
