We've locked RM into a £50 'administration fee' for every piece through the door.....Guess what, after a few pieces, it's stopped.

Care to expand on this? Did RM agree to your demand for payment?
If not, how did you get paid?

There's a sign on the front door (I'll pic it when DD2 'wakes me up' in a minute) and also a letter sent to RM regarding this (although only unaddressed mail/door to door). It's mainly the relief posties that we have problems with, who just bung it through.

RM have agreed to payment, as by bunging it through the door in the first place locked them into a contract, as per the note above the letterbox. A nicely worded solicitors letter got them off their backsides (I'll dig the letter out later, too, as our company lawyers are amazing with interpretations at times)

Custardly - Not every day but....

I've opted out of receiving D2Ds as our postie has enough problems getting the letters through the letter boxes. Instead of getting 0 I'm on average getting 2 per week. Same ones come through on a Wed and a Thurs. I don't know who's throwing them off but they obviously aren't reading the opt outs

    All communications are with Orange

If I have need for a takeaway (and I've saved £££ by not having them), I've got a phone number half the price of the franchises in my phone book (I'd rather support a half price family business than a fat cat)

Don't want double glazing as it could affect the structure of the house

I'm happy not to have any crap :)

Didn't you see this?: :D It means I was joking.

By the way, it isn't just the fat cats who send flyers. Many small independents also do.

I'm starting to think the same at the moment!

Nothing's a joke when I've had no proper sleeping pattern for weeks on end, due to a range of personal and work commitments :(

Get tomorrow out the way (double shift) and I'll be a lot better :)
