Lol, anytime pal! I take it you're from Glasgi?;)
my old man was a weegie!
I was up there earlier this year!:)
Aye born and bred (though people never believe me on that. I keep being mistaken for East coast)tigerwhite wrote: »Buy the following as the cheap trigger to make everything else compare as 46p.

I've also bought the following items that have worked:
<snip>They all tend to have use by dates of Jan/Feb next year
The fruit pots are good til next summer and I have enough to last me until thenSometimes products look like they will work on msm, and they don't.
Some mistakes are people people lazy, and some are genuine things people couldn't anticipate being a problem.
The idea is to help each other, and I just thought a list of confirmed items would save all of us hours of searching through posts ... and help to reduce all the ''does this work'' posts!
If you want to reduce the number of "does this work" posts your only option is to use the ignore button.perkypam123 wrote: »please can anyone tell me the hair spray to buy and glitch plzz
Perfect example of the above right here, this was answered about four times just a few pages before the question being asked. A little reading back/searching would have done the job but so long as people are willing to answer the questions will keep coming.
List or no list the same questions will keep coming because someone can't be bothered to even search for the list!zippydooda wrote: »i think batteries are non compareable
I think you are thinking of T's. I'm sure I've seen batteries compare on APG. Anyone else?I have to post something objectable to anger the haters
OK I'll admit, I was a hater but I don't feel that harshly anymore. (not that you care)
I don't condone your methods but can't fault you on your helping others :T
Kudos!!You almost made me waste vodka then, I have visions of you being cover in tile adhesive
Close call. If there's one thing you shouldn't do it's make Miss Laid waste vodka :eek:I was going to do just one more shop this evening but Strictly starts at 6.30 and then X-fact is on later but there may be a window of opportunity after strictly while red & black is on. The stores looked a bit wrecked today but may be tidied up by later.
I'm the opposite. Saturday night is now the optimum time to do an A's shop. The missus is happy with her trashy TV and I'm at A's picking up wombles from everyone buying crates of beer whilst filling up on the whoopsies unchallengeditch_for_a_glitch wrote: »Apparently there is a website called Mysupermarket.com they may have some idea.
Sounds like something I would have said :rotfl:Hi Best Price, Yes can confirm that it (Bran Flakes) worked for me last night 750g
Thanks for this. SIL asked me to get some, so I checked MSM, bought the size in A's that is 3f2 in W, went to her door with 2 boxes and a triumphant grin only to be told that All Bran is not the same thing as Bran Flakes! Looks like I'll be getting Bran Flakes tomorrow then :rotfl:worry-wart wrote: »What, you're going to use all this lovely [STRIKE]cheap[/STRIKE] expensive cleaning stuff? I want to place it delicately on my new storage shelves and sit back and admire them. Didn't realise I actually had to use the stuff
I bought a couple of plastic towers each with 4 big clear plastic drawers. My stash looked great.....until I realised i should have bought another 6 units!!! Most of what I've got is still in carrier bags (flumps and all) and will take some time to properly squirrel awayAnd a quick though, after being £100 blocked and changing the minutes & seconds to unlock the APG, does that not then mean the voucher and the receipt have different times on them, or does the voucher Auto Correct itself?
Different times and if the SA wants to re-input the details to APG website at CS desk they will see voucher was a restricted one and that you have circumvented it somehow. For some this won't be a problem, for others they will be majorly trouted
I for one wouldn't do it but then I've been lucky and not hitting the £100 limit in the first place (sorry, did I say "lucky". I've been careful)
Prevention is better than cure on this. If you want to avoid £100 limit then search my posts. In between my rants you'll see the details mentioned about half a dozen times (probably more as it keeps getting asked!)I like the sound of this.
I have been away a year, I guess.
Could some kind soul pls explain the basics.
Big kisses to old friends, I guess I have a few, missed you :cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:
Sorry not in touch, all will be explained
Basically, we are buying things at full price and getting a voucher back for near to that full price.optimistix wrote: »I thought this might be what was causing it and you discovered that cheese ended on the same day as coke/ambrosia in sainsbobs but they did not glitch together.
I still am wondering if the grouping of items is due to certain offers being inputted into the mysupermarket site at the same time though....
That was a good follow up theory but cereal went live long after cleaning/robinsons yet they glitch together nicely
Something else is afootOne to add to the Johnson's baby list, BUT it compared to Waity's NOT Sains on my shop
My APG came back as Johnson's Baby Powder 500g x2 A £2.00 W 64p.
I had no other baby stuff in my shop.
It seems to be comparing when you have an Ambrosia 120g pot in your shop to trigger the other items.
I checked on MS and 23 Johnson's baby items are on 342 in Waity's so perhaps another one to add to the Waity's large list of glitchy items:j:D
There are loads of results being posted of Johnsons shops done against W and comparing at 24p (now 32p) with the ambrosia/cleaning/cereal. There are lots of different products included (hint: search "johnsons" in W on MSM)Has anyone tried Nestle Golden Nuggets please?
Yup, they are dee-lish
(if you meant are they glitching you could have tried a search. I see many kind people have since confirmed to you but just the second occurence of the word "nuggets" on the thread was a post confirming that they glitched :wall:)sorry. Ignore.
You know, if you click "edit" on your post there is an option to delete it entirelyNot all cereal products are 2 for 3 at W's...
You're right. Some are even 3 for 2 :rotfl:
(You'll kick yourself for that one!!)itch_for_a_glitch wrote: »<snip>go to DT, this is NOT the place.
DT is discussion time, where you will get a warm welcome.
You are on a roll tonight. More comedy gold right there in boldSTOP MESSING ABOUT PEOPLE!!YES YOU CAN USE AN APG IN ANY A$DA STORE!
.
Agreed, too many tongue in cheek comments (even for me)
You can ues APGs in any A's, not just the one that you did the original shop in. Some people have reported using them in Asda Living stores too
You can get an APG on an online shop but it can only be redeemed against an online shop
Tesco have (what we hope is) a trial in NI right now. they accept Sainsburys and Asda vouchers up to an official maximum of £10. Unofficially people are using higher value with no problemsWhat has happened to all the regular posters they don't seem to be about much anymore - are you all glitching at A's?
Cant speak for the others but I'm going to lurk during the day and post summary replies like this one at night.
That way I can be in and out with no fuss (oo errrr!)
I dont have the patience some of you do to deal with all the (same) questions being askedApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
i didn't want this reply to be lost in the massive reply I just made above so here goes:bargainsniffer1 wrote: »Thanks for your help, and I mean that.

I have asked a question and "one person" has replied?
Am I missing something here?
A watch perhaps!!!
You have reeeeeeally got my back up here. I have spent THREE HOURS going through todays posts and putting together this massive reply
Seriously it's past midnight and you are far from being the only person seeking answers
And what do you mean "One person"? You were answered by tricia89 and zippydooda, Plus I would have gotten round to it and answered you in my previous post if they hadn't (even though that answer has been provided to several people several times over the last several days)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
OK Aaul! You've taken my title of EPIC ketchup poster! I shall resign.
To be fair though, the thread was getting int he way of my normal life and spoiling my relationship with my children and wife so I've taken a step back. I caught up on the pages, but I skimmed lots whilst smacking the thanks button.
Anyway, good night all. Have a great day tomorrow.I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

I don't actually mind them myself, but I know they annoy others, and I thought a list would help reduce them.
I'm not online a lot, but I try and help on the rare occassions I know the ansa!AngelsMadv wrote: »

Hello.
I did your shop above but replaced milk chocolate Special K bars with dark chocolate ones (there wasn't stock of milk), but they didn't compare so I only got a APG for £7.77, I would like to let everyone know who may have followed your example.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa
Sorry, but can I check I'm not totally misreading you here!!!!!
Are you saying you took my sample shop, CHANGED IT, and because you didn't get the APG I said you would you now want to warn people not to follow my advice?:eek::mad::mad:
My advice being "buy these things" which you yourself didn't do! :wall:
It has been said repeatedly (including once by me) that the dark chocolate doesn't compare. The milk chocolate does compare which is why I suggested it in the first place
This right here is an absolutely perfect example of why lists are so dangerous. People need to know and understand the glitch so that in the case of sell outs they can improvise. Admittedly, you did improvise here but it cost you because you paid £3 for 3 items that didn't compare instead of 96p (less 10%) for 3 items that did compare.
You could have easily improvised differently with no ill effect (i.e. you could have bought 3 packs of flash wipes at £1 each, 3 mr sheen sprays at £1 each,3 of anything at £1 each in the cereal/cleaning offers)
I really hope I misread your post but you have to admit it sounds like you are blaming me for your mistake and warning others not to follow my advice
