Well my after work ciggie lasted all of about 6 blasts, it tasted disgusting and then all of a sudden I felt really nauseous
I have a sick phobia, and when I feel sick I find myself working myself up by thinking of food and I have to keep pushing it out of my mind, right now all I keep picturing is Jumblejack's picture of cereal in the loo
I'd also just like to say I was only joking Mr Locarr
And grand idea about one of the glitch finders starting it
Magicowen, sorry you are feeling so nauseous. Is it the medication you are taking to stop smoking that is making you ill?
I'm not giving medical advice, but I find that peppermint tea really helps with nausea and also breathing in a few drops of essential oil of peppermint on a tissue or hanky can really help relieve nausea.
The other thing I use (when I get car or boat sickness) are the anti-nausea wristbands that you place on an acupressure point inside your wrist. I get really car sick without these, but am find with them.
I got mine from Sainsburys, but you can find them in most chemists.
Good luck & I hope you feel better soon.

Am not having a moan at you, please don't take it that way.
ain't that the truth .
I guess we've all asked question in the past (as we all need guidance and support) but as our numbers swelled with glitch newbies and others from different forums more and more questions were asked , some were needed of course but others were just ' i haven't time etc ' pleas for info .
There seems to be less posters than over the previous days/weeks so maybe some of the newbies have the hang of things and don't need to post , who knows but I'm sure whoever stays will be welcomed on these threads .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -

We just have to have the same "We won't go, we won't go" mantra
None APG chit chat doesn't require an apology.
