If I may be so bold.
This thread and its successor will not return to a chat thread - its just too popular ( and profitable) might I suggest a chat thread in the Arms ?

    ...............OK I'll get me coat.

I used to have a lovely fishing peg it was virtually my own, then others tried it, I cannot cast a line there now, so I fish elsewhere.

Personally, I think you're right. This thread was always an anomaly. I like it how it was before and even now, so am happy whatever happens. It's just a shame that some people feel they can't post now as it gets lost amongst the apg talk :(

My OH is so spoilt. He spied a HM pie ready for the oven and guessed what it is (A pie made with leftover five beans chilli) and decided he can't face more chilli.

He is now eating MY super berry granola so that he won't have to have any.

    I mean, really!!!!

I've a mind not to let him have any pud later now ;)

Seriously i think if you are willing to suggest moving the thread you should be willing to take on the work involved, suggesting it to being fair, just and the right thing to do, because people are struggling, whether it is meant as a guilt trip or not to get someone to do it, as it is ATM everyone struggles, but then to pass the buck when it comes to the amount of time and effort it will take to achieve what you are requesting really struck a raw nerve with me i thought up until that point it was a good idea.

If you want to add the info to the grocery section or whatever it is i have no idea sorry but fine whatever i personally don't mind sharing info, but don't be trying to get others to do all the work for you like suggesting FC i think she does a great job updating the list we have here as an easy reference point etc but i personally think your asking too much of someone to take this on when you are not prepared to do it yourself.

Sorry something about the comments annoyed me :(

I don't think RN quite meant it like that, but I see your point. This thread moves at such a pace, I don't think ANYBODY can be this superperson that RN is asking for, even if they were willing.

Ouch! That so wasn't what I meant - very sorry it came across that way :o

I mentioned FC to be the OP because it is a nice thing to start a new popular thread and FC is an long-standing and very well thought of member of the community who put a lot of work into her summary and before she disappeared, she answered a lot of questions calmly, thoughtfully and respectfully - she never ridiculed anyone, or laughed at their mistakes or beat them up for not getting it - she just kept on consistently helping in a nice way. But somehow she got eclipsed in the hurly burly excitement of the glitches and maybe felt a bit pushed out - and I really thought she should be encouraged back to shine again. No single person runs or controls or owns a thread like that, it is a team effort, but key people can set the tone and ethos and I thought FC's example was a very good one to follow.

Very sorry to have offended you - was hoping to achieve the opposite "ambience" if a new thread was started :o

This is the dolphin story I was involved in. There is also a video on there. Still gives me goosebumps. It was an amazing day seeing the 2 boys swim to freedom back to the blue.

    Thank you so much!

Thought it was the same as the cereal glitch but wasnt 100% and didnt want to look like a right b00b when i got home to no apg lol. Do they have to be fillers that compare or just anything to make up the numbers?

They don't have to compare but they have to be valid - stick to the grocery section to be safe (i.e. no clothes, kiosk items, etc)
