I have used the MSE guide already and found some really good info. Just a bit peeved about the lost NCB for the sake of 2 months!

Advise your insurer you are discussing the cancellation with the FOS, before they cancel.

Hi all,

Just a quick one to advise that I sorted my car insurance with premium choice. I had to pay an admin fee; which was was expected; but I'll be covered until the end of my policy, meaning I'll get my full year's no claim bonus.

I think the resolution began with me mentioning I had spoken to the Financial Ombudsman Services. That changed their attitude!
