Just thought that I'd let you know the outcome - sorry for the delay, kept getting sidetracked.
Anyway, by the time I finally got a child free moment, there were no eggs left in the offer range - only mega expensive £4+ eggs.
It didn't look as though I was going to win and I didn't want a refund as I still needed some eggs (and NOT £4 ones) but I stood my ground and politely said how disappointed I was. In the end, CS said that they shouldn't really do this but refunded the 4 eggs not in the offer plus the 2 that weren't and then scanned the 2 eggs that were 6 times meaning I got them at the 3 for 2 price - RESULT.
