Unable to send picture to another mobile

MMS setting all sorted out thanks to Jay, but unable to use wap. I have been able to log in the reddodo website for a personalised wallpaper but have not been able to set in on my phone. I have got the settings for using wap from orange and have been charged for using it.

Thank you for trying to help me but im afraid I havnt got a clue what I need to do. Is there not a way to get it text to my phone like the others or do virgin not do that. My phone used to be locked to o2 but I had it unlocked with help from this site.

Hi Carol

With orange, you get the settings by tx much easier. Jay, I have been able to use wap as well, it is so easy with orange. If you have to key in all these with virgin, it is a bit off putting for a newbie.

Yes virgins are tricky to get hold of, I've just phoned a mate who works for virgin and I've got the details I need to send the settings to the Lady who needs them. Just waiting for her to reply to me and will get them sent to her phone for her.
