Unable to send picture to another mobile

I have bought a very basic Nokia 6070 and took some photos and was practising to send one to my daughter. Somehow, it goes in the outbox and I got the message multimedia failed. Can anybody help me with this, please? Thanks

The phone has been unlocked if I remember rightly and it used to be on tesco ? Have you got the new settings for the network it is now on ?

O.K enter the phone number here and it will send the mms settings to your phone,save them when you recieve them

Do you have multimedia messaging as part of your contract with Orange.
I think you need to be on a contract with monthly MMS as part of the deal before it will allow you to send MMS.

I am on payg and it costs 30p to send a picture. Thanks Jay, I am giving the phonet to my daughter and she will use her own existing orange sim card with it. I guess, I do not have to do it twice as orange has already sent the mms settings. Thanks

No you only have to do it once.

I have the same problem with my nokia too. The message just wont send and says it is saved to the outbox to send later. Im on virgin.

OK, so theres a few of us with this problem, including me.

I have a PAYG O2 nokia and have never been able to work out my multimedia settings.

Any ideas anyone. Any instructions need to be simple for me.

Carol heres the sesttings for your mms, just copy them exactly into your phone,if they dont work after they are in contact virgin as they will have to enable mms on your account.

Go to this link,they will send the settings to you phone by text message,when you recieve the message press save and you will be sorted.
