Sort of yeah. He did ask a lot of relevant and pertinent questions when he rang up initially though, which made him sound like he was seriously interested,
Just had another two people ring up this morning, got tentative viewings arranged for them for this weekend. I can't believe how much interest it has had since I dropped the price. Goes to show that setting a realistic asking price is pretty important!0
