Morning all. I have a couple of hotspots created by DH to clear, washing up, vacuuming of cream rug and dog walking to fit in before the paid stuff. I may also try to catch up with Tuesday's bathroom jobs.

    Have a good day everyone.

Hotspots cleared, washing up done. Have realised I can't do bathroom as DS will be hogging it before college - I will get back into routine, so will probably see if there's time to dust hall/stairs/landing instead.

Just remembered that I need to book some rail tickets which is why I'm back in front of computer.

    Morning

I'm having my hair decluttered at 11 - going to lose the Dulux dog look in favour of a sleek and modern style :D

Then I'm at the optician's at 2.30 to have my overdue - as in 1 year overdue :o eye-test....and I know I need new specs :( so more £££s to be decluttered :(

That'll be 2 more items crossed off my Toot's list :T

Need to get up and put a load in the WM.

NN has said they're going to chop down the conifers and buddleia in their garden :T:j they leave my back garden in almost permanent shade so I'm a happy Tuit :)

Hope everyone has a good day

  • CY cant you suggest that untill the chairs come the sandwich children eat in one of the classrooms (with supervision) will save you lugging chairs back and forth.

roundtuit, cant decide which haircut you sound more pleased about the one youre getting or the one your NN is giving his trees - hope both go to plan

youngest has decluttlered himself off to school, but eldest is still sorting stuff out -6th formers seem to be a law unto themselves. toe check went ok, but if its not right in a month we need to go back and see if next option is surgery.

    right off to do something

  • Hello Flyfriends

DH are still here and 'flying'. I've not posted recently, we have had a very hectic school summer holiday with the Anklebiters. We have had friends staying, loads of activities and we have decorated the anklebiters bedroom. The weather has meant that my garden produce has been a bit of a dead loss.

So hopefully things are going to settle down and life can return to normal (ish) whatever that is:rotfl:

I am having a rare night out tonight, my nextdoor neighbour are leaving DH in charge of the children and are going on a ghost hunt:eek: in a local hostelry. It should be good fun and it will make a great change for me.

Have a good day everyone, and just remember every little 'fly' adds up and makes a difference, it has revolutionised my house

    xx
  • PP hope you manage to get some rest today- i know thats going to be almost impossible with 'the party weekend' looming. hope kids settle into some kind of sleep routine soon

miasnanny, sounds like youve been really busy. have a lovely evening out tonight.
