Just popping on to say I' having a lovely relaxing time with lots of fresh air and walking and treats. Dreadful weather today though so I reckon today will be plenty of reading and relaxing. Enjoying a book I'm reading which does make a very plesant change!

Doing ok diet wise too so far with way less treats than I usually eat. Just a couple of cheeky glasses of wine which I have been good and recorded dutifully in the food diary. And finally, as I'm away with mum she wonderfully paid for Sunday lunch yesterday meaning I have managed 2 further NSDs to land on 5/9. Not too sure

A pretty dreadful day of weather today. However nice and relaxing. Did read a lot this afternoon which made a wonderful change as its the first time in ages I've read for pleasure. Lovely and relaxing! Feeling nice and chilled out too!

Managed to stay on track diet wise and also doing a lot of walking in the lovely coastal air blowing all those germs away and pollution too.

Weather looks like its picking up tomorrow so will have a day out visiting places.

Also managed another NSD making it number 6 and a surprising 3 in a row! Now thats a surprise when on holiday and goes to show the difference it makes being away from the temptation of the shops every day.

So much for better weather today! Even worse than yesterday with the non-stop heavy rain bucketing down!

Another very relaxing chilled out day then with plenty of tea drinking and reading and lounging around in the dry and warm

Here's hoping tomorrow improves and we can get out and about a quite a bit! Will be ready for that and preferably dry! Will be getting very soaked later as will the dog as we go out for an hour.

Well rain deffo stopped play today. Happily a NSD though making it number 7/9 meaning I will get close to the target. Surprisingly as I am holiday too!

At long last the weather looks like it will dry up after 2 long days stuck in a caravan, not that I'm complaining as I have almost finished reading a book for the first time in a long time and feel nicely chilled out AND we haven't floated off yet in a flood!

Wow! It finally stopped raining! Looks like we'll get out today after a couple of very relaxing days reading. Very pleased to have finished my book last night. First one I've read in years for pleasure and I really enjoyed it. Brought some more and I'll pick another one later to start.

After 4 incredible NSDs in a row I will be treating mum to a coffee today when we go out visiting.

Feeling nice and relaxed and chilled out and happy the rain has stopped at long last!

A nice day out today with a low spend day of £3.50 on parking which wasn't quite so MSE and then £1.26 on some food totalling £4.76 for today.

Then back for a lovely run along the countrylanes and hedgerows (and hills) looking at a delightful coastal view. Also lots of walking done today with fine weather to make up for yesterdays cabin containment due to that extreme storm stretched across the north.

Legs quite tired now!

Oh dear, I'm coming down with a huge cold on holiday - boo! Rubbish weather again today and now considering coming home tomorrow.

Nice time today dodging the showers all day. Food shop today to keep us going with £15.93 on food and meals then £6 on parking!

Also mum bought me a lovely top in the sale which I really liked although I am a little unsure about the colour as its not one I usually go for but the style is lovely and it is nice and classic and will last a long time to dress up and down
