Running System File Checker (sfc /scannow) without a Windows XP CD

Have been having problems with my PC. Have got rid of all files that I don't need and have now been able to run Malware Bytes and virus checker. My question is - having also run chkdsk, the other thing for me to look at is sfc /scannow. Problem is that cos' I bought the PC with Windows XP preinstalled, I don't have any…
