That's it...you hit the nail on the head.
If a newbie is willing to hit the ask a question button and say "I'm new to ebay, hope you don't mind me bidding", then it shows they are serious about buying. Sends out a bit of confidence.
If you receive a question, then you know the bidder has read everything like they are supposed to do.
I would rather someone ask me a question about buying, than have to go through the endless pages and pages of ebay instructions in the useless help section.If only everything in life was as reliable...AS ME !!
