I have just found the last but one Cross Stitcher and as I will not stitch anything from it, I am happy to pass on the any of the charts if anyone is interested. They include the Scrabble tile alphabet, Carousel picture, caravan picture, taxidermy bug(!), school badges plus some others. PM if you are interested.

    Thanks

quick copyright question, if i made the lizzie kate freebie designs and framed them or made them into cushions could i sell them on the charity craft stall im doing for the school? im not taking any money whatsoever from the pot. im donating my time and materials so the float is the only money i will take out.
anyone know the answer to this please?

  • Maria if you have got pictures then that would be fantastic, it would be great to see some finished ones.

Mrs moneypenny As far as i know i don't think its a problem if you aren't making any money from them but to be certain maybe email them and check directly?

Anyone that has the chart I am looking for but doesn't want rid of it, could you please tell me roughly how many skeins of thread I would be looking to buy, starting from scratch. I think I should work out this cost first before getting the chart :D
    Thanks.

I don't have the Feeding time chart for sale but can tell you that you need

    34 x Anchor threads
    then
2x 5 threads (i.e. you need two skeins of white, 2 skeins of hazel (anchor - 1046), 2 skeins of fawn (363), 2 skeins of medium grey (235), 2 skeins of light green,214)

9 colours are listed for the backstitch/long stitch but it looks like the colours are included in the main list.

It says you should stitch on 16HPI aida.
    Stitch count 305 x 71
    Design area 19 x 10 & 1/2 inches (48.5 x 27cm)

material size it says you need 16hpi aida or 32 hpi evenweave 27x 19 inches (69x48cm)

JCS. Sorry to hear your sad news.

FE. Thanks so much for the very helpful info, appreciate it. I have roughly cost it to about £25 including fabric, threads and chart/mag. I think I'll spend some time googling tomorrow for similar kits and see what's available.
    Thanks again!

mrs-moneypenny, I agree with Mallow, why not message and ask. However as you are not sellig for profit (ie your profit) I don't think it will be a problem.
mallow, it did/does me (evenweave) but i am glad I tried it. I am grateul for the lady that sent me some. I will prob order that London kit soon because its worth the effort.
