Just made a stupid mistake with waste canvas counted a gap of 10 instead of 5 and didn't notice until I had pulled all the bits out ahhhhh should have counted twice!
Post some pictures crafty crafty (mum) x13 in 2013 challenge 9/130 -
nmm - good progress with BD :T. Looking forward to seeing Remembrance Fields - it is one of my favourites.
bossymoo - looking forward to seeing your update of Victorian house.
craftycrafty - your square sounds lovely. Looking forward to seeing a piccy.
maria - how frustrating. I seem to have done more unpicking than stitching these last couple of days - not just stitching in the wrong place but thread has been getting knotted up on the back and I have carried on without realising
Despite unpicking etc I am up to the backstitching on 5th Day of Xmas - so hopefully by the weekend I should (fingers crossed) have that done.
Neices birthday beginning of Feb and I fancied doing her this card from Making Spot.
Take care everyone

blue_eyed_girl That's a really nice design for your niece's card. I got it when it came as a free kit with Cross Stitcher a few years ago. I had planned to do it for myself but then my mum spotted it and decided she wanted it! It did stitch up really nicely though and I just put it in a silver frame.0

Thank you for posting that JCS1 - I hadn't seen that on the website (as I wasn't looking!). Thats nice that she has done that. I wonder if her supplier has let her down then?
bossymoo - that is coming along lovely. The finished design is really striking. Will it be a present?
blue-eyed-girl - I am having sort of the same at the moment, when I get home from work I'm so sleepy that I do a bit then daren't do anymore for counting mistakes!0 -
Just popping in to say hi, still stitching although only one thread a night as its close work and makes me tired!
It's this one:

Hope you're all well.

That's coming along. It's always more difficult to stitch on dark fabric - especially in the winter months when the overall light levels are lower. I think you're doing really well0 -
Hi ladies.
Brednall. Look forward to seeing a pic of Sweet Dreams bear.
Nmm. Nice design and lovely reason to stitch it. Are you putting BD on the back burner or is it for after BD? Either way I look forward to seeing progress on it.
Bossy. Nice update, it's coming along lovely.
Maria. How frustrating!
BEG. I feel your pain too, happens to me quite often. Now while stitching I find myself stroking the back of my fabric looking for knots:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0
