    Yup.

    That is all.

  • Moments, I would go with something, colourful, with big blocks of colour to ease yourself back in, if you let us know what sort of design you feel like going one of us may have seen a free chart on our internet travels that you might like

Oh dear cat women what are you stitching ?

  • Welcome to the Cafe moments_of_sanity :hello: Looking forward to seeing any pics you may have. :). I currently subscribe to World of Cross Stitching and am fairly happy with it atm.

Backstitching doesn't normally bother me too much catwoman, but the last two projects have just driven me craaaazzzzyyyyy. You have my sympathies :D

Got early start again tomorrow but hope to finish last teeny tiny bit of dare I say backstitch on Boofle and will press it up and hopefully (fingers crossed) leave the stuff already for DH to frame for me.

Got LK's Tis the Season that I did for 10.11.12 hung in kitchen this afternoon and it looks really well (even if I do say so myself) :p:D

Feel absolutely shattered tonight, these early mornings are starting to take their toll.

Take care in the morning if you're out and about - it was -2C when I got in tonight.

They annoyed me in the 1st week of term when they sent an A4 printout of a teddy bear and for "homework" the children had to cover it with money and return it. To me that is downright dirty and unethical.

I think my jar of foreign currency would've been brought out (most of it's now defunct anyway) to cover it - but how cheeky.

Have been lurking redaing everyones posts for a while. Too many personal issues to list that have slowed my progress but I have managed a tiny M0usel0ft Stitchlet and have made a start a DMC black lab cross stitch. The massive black lab cushion cover remains my nemesis!

Take care all of you in the frosty, icy weather.

Happy to report that my 12.12.12. project was completed just after midnight :j

I also corrected the mistake on my mums chart. On closer inspection, the fault was actually on the magazine chart of the border I adapted. It only took 10 mins to fix though.

Annnnd....the meerkat is also nearly finished :T I got naff all wrapping done today though lol :o

  • Allowing myself 10 mins and the first cuppa of the day to complete 12.12.12 at this unearthly hour :).

Well done Louise on completing yours. Thinking about it - I would probably have been better off finishing mine before I went to bed = sure it was near enough midnight.

We had planned on pressie wrapping yesterday but for one reason or another it just didn't happen.

Looking forward to seeing your pics MrsF49.

    Keep warm everyone

Thank you so much for my lovely card. It was the first xmas card I received, has pride of place on the mantlepiece next to my @sda candle xmas tree and will be coming out every year !
