K800i - any good?

I had the phone for 8 months now and it's just gone on eBay, yes the phone is good the camera is brilliant especially the xenon flash and it does everything I need and more. But the reason for sale and the big draw back from my perspective and others have said the same is the Camera shutter, it slides open to easy when in your pocket then the screen becomes the view finder and drains the battery. I have put up with it for months now but got sick of it and it's going.

I am running a 6233 at present awaiting the release of the K810i or I may even go for the Motorola RAZR V6 maxx.

I've just obtained a K800i and whilst the video camera quality seems pretty good, it seems to only allow you to record a 30 second video clip. As I use the video camera alot does anyone know if you can extend this ?

The K810i is not the replacement for the K800i, the K850i is the replacement. It is not due out soon, probably not until year end.

go into the camera (in the video mode) > settings > shoot mode > high quality video.
