You could send a nice short polite reply and start your message off with their user name and then post it to the listing for all to see..0

Exactly what I'd do. As well as adding them to my BBL. :beer:0 -
I had a weird one the other day saying he would buy if I would like to sell the item for £5.00. The price is £15 and my profit is small so he won't be getting it for a fiver. I didn't bother to reply either just added to my blocked list so he couldn't buy in case he decided to claim not received.0

Im selling some shoes that ive listed on 3 seperate FLW's and each time I have had a buyer from portugal send me word for word the same message asking about the wear of the shoes, confirm the size, extra pics and asking for a reduction on the postage because "another seller in Suffolk send some similar shoes last week for half the postage", first time they sent the message i answered all their questions and sent them extra photos but didnt get a response. now Ive blocked them and ignore.S.P.C member 1662 - target £3000

I would love to reply.
Im sorry you think this item is overpriced and beyond your budget,
Maybe if you worked harder you could get a better job and be able to afford nice items like this one and others that i have for sale.
But i would probably ignore them

I had a similar issue, I had an item that kept being relisted on my private account and each and every time I got a message asking if I would allow collection and where was I. I replied the first couple of times saying yes and sending my address, and never got a bid. The third and fourth time I relisted I got the same message and ignored it as it was beginning to feel a bit creepy.
Luckily it did sell on 4th attempt and at considerably more than start price, which was odd- and posted out to a completely new buyer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Well I'm glad it's not just me who gets them! I had one recently who offered me £5 for something, which is less than my cost price for the item.
I don't mind people making offers but wonder how much they think we actually pay for things?!!
