My MH nurse will be here shortly and hopefully she can sort me out or they can section me, either way when you spend the nigh self harming because of a thrad on the internet you have to admit that it really isn't worth it. So thanks and goodbye.

Cosmic-dust, please don't go. You are an integral part of this thread. It is sad to see so many helpful, kind people going :(:(

  • i think the xmas saver post is getting muddled up. i think the op meant, buy a asda gift card at the start of the transacation and by the end the cashier has forgottoen about it. thus changing apg into something more managable.

if you do decide to leave the thread please do so with grace and dignity and dont do it in a attention seeking way. many thanks

    Morning all.

The cove is RED once again.

Another sad day. Another 24 dolphins have been herded into the cove. My heart is breaking.:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

That dreaded day of the year again... 9/11. RIP to all those lives so callously taken and peace to their families left behind 11 years on.:A

Thanks Jamsponge. It truly is awful, I'm following them on Facebook and Twitter and I'm finding I wake up in the middle of the night and am having to check to see if there are any updates. It's just hideous. I was hopeful when I awoke at 3am as it looked like the pod were getting away. Then I got up at 7.30am and saw the update :(
Just feel so helpless! It must be awful for the people out there witnessing it and being able to do nothing about it.

    Morning All,
3dogs - hope that today is a pain free day for you :)
Kadison - well done on the weight loss!! :D
Skinandblister - still thinking of you and your family xxxx
Fairclaire - glad that things are looking more positive, everything crossed that all continues to improve for you and your family :A

Thanks to asda I now have enough mushy peas to make me fulfilled for 3 months. Forget the wine and hair products..... I have enough "trump" tins to supply a power station with methane

If I had just one single solitary mushy pea then it would be more mushy peas than I would need in my lifetime

(ah, carp. I've got 6 tins of the stuff in the cupboard. Where did they come from I wonder?)

I save up my large APGs then buy something expensive like kettle/dvd people, return and then they refund onto a gift card

Best way of extending the life of APGs;)

I returned a poo shop paid for almost entirely with apg, they gave me cash!!
I even told her I had paid part cash/part apg at the start.
I told them I got the wrong products for my daughter.

Reproducing vouchers is just plain wrong (IMHO) and no, I dont want to open that can of worms again.

then don't :) No need to mention it at all then. Thank you :)

Those that can manage to use these glitches, I think you'll find, are those who are savvy enough to a) understand how the glitch works b) make the best use of it, to maximise savings in the long term.

How the vouchers are used, are up to the individual. I have only 2 running, as I don't have an A's close by. But I get items with those vouchers, that generate a new voucher, and so on. I am paying pence, for the items that I now have stocked. I only buy what I'll use, or would have bought alternative brands for anyway.

It's called spavving, and an excellent way to save money for and in, the longterm.
