Sorry to pick on these two, but they happened to pop up as I was mulling something over.
Just a thought, but could we adopt a voluntary self-imposed thread ban on personal comments and judgements etc about other people's spending habits and choices. I find it so unhelpful and divisve, no-one knows anyone else's motives and circumstances and even if we did, so what? Guessing and making what appear to be critical comments brings the thread down and some of these posts seem to have a bit of a sting to them. It is an open forum, so people can of course post what they want, but I would love to get back a more constructive feel to the course of the thread and constant pulling like this makes the navigation to a place of serenity that much harder.0 -
