    Agreed with the sentiment, if not the language. I prefer to ask why, if I say I can get identical cover for £480 elsewhere rather than the renewal quote of £760, do they then offer me a special deal of "just" £710. Do they really think that this *SPECIAL DEAL* is going to appeal to me?

    And don't let me get started about them emailing a link to a new policy that I reject, then sending me a letter asking me to post back the new rejected policy document.
