  • Hi Jenny

Yeah I think my debt issues actually take my mind off my health issues and give me something to focus on other than my health. Its all too easy to imagine the worst when you are in my situation health wise.

You are right about Webb i havent actually sought any advice from elsewhere, but atm i am making the payments and happy to be doing so as each one is a step closer to ending it but should i struggle then i think i would need to seek advice.
They are very callous i think and would not recommend them to anyone, i am only with them cos they bought the original company out.

I am no inspiration, merely learning to fight my own corner like everyone else here but thanks xx
    loan £57,000!!!!
    Started Sept 2012 - Made 21st £25 payment off arrears =£525
July 2013 made 11th full payment of £491 to loan, Hooray!!!!!! B XX
  • Well today was a no spend day yippee lol!!
I am growing to love them, a lot.

We (my toddler and i) spent the day gardening and planting bulbs (which we got for nothing from my mum who had bought too many! Bonus lol)

I am feeling ok, my pain is manageable and i can see a light at the end of the tunnel (albeit miles away)

Tomorrow i need to post out my Ebay sales whilst tot is in Nursery then its off for a hair cut, i used to get it coloured at hairdressers too but it costs too much so home colouring (to hide grey lol) is the way forward.

  • Well I posted out all my ebay sales today and after all fees and postage i made £107... not bad.

So i took a deep breath and rang the loan company (a difficult thing for me, my bipolar makes telephone calls nerve wracking and i suffer panic attacks when speaking on the phone) and made a £25 payment off the arrears.....its a small amount but a huge step in the right direction.
    Am quietly pleased.

Step dad came down today and did some jobs for me around the house, a bit of painting and some DIY maintenance jobs, i am no fit state to do them myself and would normally have had to wait and save up to pay a handy man to do it.
So that saved some pennies in the long run.
Tomorrow is a NSD i can feel it, lol

Just checked Ebay and 5 things have sold but dont end till the weekend but thats still great.

I decided to turf out tots toys today and move a big pine ottoman from conservatory to living room and move some toys in to it, big mistake, i am now in agony and wish i had left well alone, although it looks much tidier lol. Will i ever learn?
My son says i keep forgeting i am not invincible lol.
Note to self..... i am not wonder woman :D

  • Does everyone have a love/hate ebay relationship?
I am listing lots of stuff this weekend, i already have 126 items listed.
I have sold ten items so far this weekend but they dont end till later or Sunday.
Everything is great...........till an Ebayer i sold an item which was perfect to demands a refund.
I have have no choice, i gotta or risk negative feedback and lose my 100% on 1514 feedbacks, but i KNOW that item was perfect.
    This is my hate. lol

Today is a NSD today so far which if i achieve will be the 3rd this week which means i have reached my goal this week which is great.

I hope everyone has a great weekend

Sadly there are some buyers who will never be satisfied. You have to cost in an expected percentage of sales going bad and just try to cover the losses from those with the profits from the rest.

Don't let them get you down. Shrug and move on to the next profitable one.

  • Thanks Jennie

In this case its the next 39 profitable ones cos i sold 39 items this week, will update after i post and pay all fees on the total amount of profit.

i listed another 20 or so items so i still have 119 items listed.
Some have sold already. Woo Hoo! lol

Today has been a NSD so that makes 4 this week, which is fab.
Its been tough cos i am on the way up and in to a manic phase so you may not hear from me for a few days at least as i may not be myself. In fact if i go really high i wont be able to function at all for a while, i hate it, i am another person for a while, someone i dont know and who i cant remember once i am myself again, luckily i suffer from very fast cyclical bipolar and so i wont be gone long..................i hope!
    See you soon

  • Well i am still me, for the time being, my house is gleaming as i have scrubbed all night (every cloud and all that) i feel like i am standing on a precarious ledge on top of a cliff and one false move and i will fall in to...............i dont know, i have never seen myself when ill, my parents say its shocking but wont say more.

This morning i have been shopping and made food for the kids for a few days, my parents will do all the necessary things, the kids wont even know really other than they see it coming, once its here i am kept sequestered from them, for both our own good. i hope its short this time, i hope its quick, i just wanna get it over with, i gotta go do something anything i cant sit.
