    HI Again

I am great thanks, really starting to feel well. Hope you are well too?
My toddler is a girl and she is three and my teenager son is 15.

Tesco diet is a thing where you pay a monthly fee and then you get access to hundreds of calorie counted recipes and you put them in to a weekly planner designed for you, its really easy to use and you have access to a mentor and guidance counsellor if you feel you are not doing so well. It also tracks your weight loss and shows you how well you are doing, then weekly you get an email after each weigh in with more hints and tips from a counsellor who is someone who has been through it, Its very good for me as i have a lot too lose.

Nothing would make me pay to use a gym, maybe i would feel different if i was thin.
I have only been big for the last two or three years, i was 6 stone dripping wet when i was in my 20s, a bit too thin i think. I am aiming for a nice size 12, whatever weight that is.

Tonic is what else you need lol and may be a lemon.
Hm thats a hard one, can think of a few things but all need a little planning so at this short notice they are out. Sorry but you are on your own........maybe you will just have to fall back on the suggestive one lol!!

Even at 50 the o/h would like the "suggestive" one;) Men lol....
Tesco thing sounds good.. I used to use nutracheck and it was good.. read an article today that said a litttle 10 minute exercise is as good as hours in the gym... praise the lord hee hee really hated the gym.... We decided to do a walk through the woods from one supermarket to another after an hour and a half we finally made it back.... had no idea how long it would take...:rotfl:
Had the kids/partners on the phone last night to the wee small hours of the morning... One is changing his job and needed o/h to make sure cv was okay.. took a long time.... Then the other (my son) left his partner and they are now thinking of finishing....(recently engaged).. so feeling a little poo today because I care what happens to them all....:o But it is not my decision.. I have to be there for them both.. but so desperately unhappy for them...They have been together for over three years and she is part of our family...:o
Also decided today sick of the fur babies dictating to me what they will/wont eat they cost us 2.50 a day and that is just wet food... dry food is equally expensive... so brought their royal highness a 56p tin of whiskers.... at this moment fussy cat is throwing himself at the cupboard trying to open it up to get to the good food... The bowl he has thrown with his paws into the middle of the floor... He has thrown out all the empty plastic bags we use as bins by the fridge... safe to say he is a tad unhappy...... Now he is eyeballing us.... This has become a war of attrition.... The sad thing is I know he will win.... he always does...:rotfl:
  • Oh dear, its always hard when that happens, my sister in law was my best friend and i thought she always would be till i got divorced and i never saw her again so i know how that feels when you consider someone family and they are just gone, very sad.

Oh Lord my cat is just the same, although he will eat the sachets of whiskas, but i tried to drop a brand with him and he developed bulimia! I kid you not he ate it whilst giving dirty looks but within minutes vomited it back. I thought initially it was an allergy or something then realised he was only vomiting on prized possessions or rugs never on tiles or wooden floor which would have been easy to clean lol.

JUst think of all those calories burned doing that walk, gotta be worth a G and T Lol

Yes he won.... back to good food and I have admitted defeat... Lol to the bulimic cat... Before I got my two I had always been used to dogs... and whilst daft as a brush they would eat anything and everything...... Never gave us "the look" always loved us, and always wanted a cuddle. These two think they are gods gift to mankind, they will allow you to pet them, will allow the odd cuddle, will go off food they previously adored at the drop of a hat..... They will look at me and o/h like something they just scraped off their paws. Wont talk to us for hours after we have been on holiday, yet I love them so much. They are so funny... The little one was eating out of the bowl the other day and the big one came along, looked at him with such disdain, then wacked his paw around the little ones face and started eating....:D They squabble worse than b1oody toddlers....!!

That is sad about your sister in law.. I just cant be like that.. We took sons fiancee into town yesterday, could see she had been crying I think that is why I was so upset she is only 23... :o Any way got a phone call to say argument was over, and that they were all loved up again........ Jeez there is me on tenderhooks, worried about the pair of them and there they are all happy again... :rotfl:

Hope the diet is going okay... I had a little to many g and t`s last night so am abstaining tonight...!!!! I ate too much today but went on another walk, just over an hour this time. At least I didn`t munch on any crisps.. I am a crisp addict.. any sort... I love them all..:o

We were going to take the boat out.. but far too foggy so too dangerous as you cant see very far ahead of you... So we might do it tomorrow weather permitting...

In other news .. five pounds down on the 10 pound a day challenge.... but I brought a nice bottle of red wine for o/h`s 50th birthday... so I am not going to beat myself up about it.. Enjoy your Friday night...

Oh no on top of everything else god that is nasty !!!
50th was a hoot dared him to skinny dip in the Leeds Liverpool canal... along with all my facebook buddies... He did mad devil that he is... It was cold and he was freezing but god did we laugh... have not belly laughed like that in a long time.
It was actually to icy to take the boat far, and my mam has not been right so we have come down to Cornwall to see her .. I miss her a lot when I go home .. Family is important... trouble is I have lived up North for 24 years and my children will never leave the North to move back to Cornwall as the north is their home now....But I will eventually move back, and then I shall miss the north west...:) Life !!!
I really hope you feel better soon, take it easy... and stay in with the weather being so bad... It must be hard when you have a toddler .. I think I read you said your parents were marvelous.... They must be a big help to you.... Take care x
