JSA Sanctions

In Joint claim, single rate of benefit will be paid to one partner if the other one is sanctioned. How does sanction apply to dependent partner in the case of single claimant with dependents provisions?
The sanction applies to the claimant. You are the claimant, the entitlement is wholly yours. Your partner has not been sanctioned because she doesn't have a claim.
Of course, you could swap roles :cool:0 -
As an alternative your partner could claim JSA for the family.0
