    Weather was great for AT and no queing (SP) don't worry SND I only went on Hex, Duel & runaway minetrain:D;):rotfl:left the big rides to DH:rotfl:Love the grounds at AT.

    BL I also never defrost my food in microwave :eek: but I have this defrosting tray it is fantastic for defrosting meat and works very quickly.:j

    Well done Doc on sorting Student house out :jworrying that youngsters would have a clue about these things and could be put in danger:mad: my friend had to sort something simillar out at her daughters student house a few years back and like you knew her rights & stuck to her guns.

    I think I remember reading about these once. How long does it take to defrost things? Must admit I woke up in the night thinking about all those nasty chemicals Doc was talking about. Crazy thing is when the kids were younger and we had a bit more money I bought as much Organic stuff as I could to avoid any pesticide residues etc. Just never read/realised about the packaging issue.

  • If I remember it said an hour but some things take a little longer maybe 2 hrs depending on the thickness but I use it all the time as I am always forgetting to take things out for dinner:o:o:o. Not sure where you purchase these my mum bought it for me as a gift didn't believe they would work but well happy. Not sure if you have one of them food cover things I use this over the top to prevent flies getting on the food as leave it on the top or on drainer at sink.
