Picture 3 - why are there so many black balls on the street? why is there a jet wash on the picture?
All skies are the same it just so happen that the sun is shining on your side  we sometime get blue sky too like today:p:p

Have always defrosted meat in the microwave in its original packet - been doing that for over 20 years!! Very rarely plan meals in advance - things crop up too unexpectedly in our house!0 -
BL - you might want to reconsider the way you defrost your meat;)
Freezing, defrosting and cooking fresh produce in commercial plastic packaging- It is safe to freeze meat directly in its original commercial plastic wrapping. For long storage, rewrap or over-wrap the meat tightly with moisture proof freezer bags to maintain the quality and texture of the meat.
- Do not defrost or cook the meat in its original commercial packaging in a microwave oven, as the plastic packaging may not be microwave-safe.
- Only use plastic containers that are labeled as microwave-safe for microwave cooking or reheating. Do not use the container in a microwave oven if you are in doubt or unable to find the manufacturer's instructions for microwave use.
- Cold or freezer storage containers such as yoghurt, margarine and ice-cream tubs are not manufactured for reheating or cooking food in a microwave or conventional oven. They are not heat stable and chemicals from the plastic may migrate into the food during heating.
Should Foods Be Microwaved in Packaging Materials?
Microwave food in packaging materials only if the package directs, and then use only one time. Materials suitable for microwaving include oven bags, wax paper and plastic wrap. Do not let the plastic wrap touch the food, and do not reuse the wrap.
Foam insulated trays and plastic wraps on fresh meats in grocery stores are not intended by the manufacturer to be heated and may melt when in contact with hot foods, allowing chemical migration into the food. In addition, chemical migration from packaging material to a food does not necessarily require direct contact. Excessive heat applied to a closed container may drive off chemical gases from the container that can contaminate the enclosed food.
These types of plastic products should not be used in a microwave oven because they are subjected to heat when thawing or reheating. To avoid a chemical migration problem, remove meats from their packaging.
Not trying to scare you but you do know that Microwave Oven also release a small amount of radiation and with you using the original meat packaging in the microwave for the past 20 years god know know whats is your body:oRIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

FF & AH - I don't think highly of Akbars meal. Its nice but its average. Its expensive not worth paying £10/dish for a very small helping. Would I go there again nope. Didn't spend alot it was £50ish for 1 family naan, 1 korma, 1 lamb & spinach balti, 1 lamb josh & 1 chick & prawns balti & 2 portion of smallest rice dish I have ever ordered. As for drink its free - from tap water!:p I am surprised that my OH decided to go for water too - he normally does drink water guess maybe because he was driving.RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -
:hello:Good Morning. I'm just slowly catching up wth you all and my cuppa went cold while I was reading mags posts. It is times like this when I wish I had mags way with words and could respond better:o:o I have heard the saying that death in the family either brings you closer together or tears you apart and it sounds like chloe getting her wings made the latter happen. Mags your mum and dad sound like my gran and grandad used to be and I can understand in a way your mum. Your sister is a different matter though. My own feelings would be that I wouldn't want anything to do with her again. I remember you saying that you had a lot of help around the time from people on pts, help that was lovely but it should have been from them nearest to you, especially your sister.
I would do as much as you can for your mum and try and hide your pain/anger from her, but maybe now could/would be a good time to confront your dad while your mum is out of the way in hospital. I guess he cannot hurt you anymore than he has and at least you have tried then to get some answers to why he acted the way he did.
I also think that sometimes you have to keep out of your life for good people who only bring you down and your sister might be one of those people. It sounds like you have a lovely OH and of course 2 lovely daughters and the lovely little Luca soon.
Sorry for all the rambling, I have spent an hour typing and deleting, typing again to try and get my post sounding like I want. The most important thing I want to say though is that you NEVER bring the thread down with your posts mags and I am so glad we are here helping in some very small way.
what a lovely heartfelt post blue, you brought a tear to my eye with your understanding and compassion. enjoy your hols.Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.
never complain about growing old,far too many people have been denied that privilege.0 -

Just couldn't help but giggle as they were saying on tv drop in profits for mr T for first time in 20 yrs most likely coz of spending on stores or people being more carefuland there was me adding "and coz everyone was in sada getting stuff for free and you banned our biggest shopper from drivel" lol. Wonder if it did have an impact and maybe why it went on as long as it did hhhmmmmmm
