Thanks for checking the asda mag guys, guess I heard wrong on that one. Oopsie

Oh and I'm sure on here someone was buying HP inks at mr T to get extra cc points well the offer is back on 500 bonus points if you buy 2 inks not bad if you use deals or double up.

Even better if you accidentally get the wrong inks and have to take them back:rotfl:

Morning, really quick one from me but I was thinking about the Sada glitch last night and this morning - there's a part of me that can't help but think Sada either instigated it, or more likely used it to their advantage for a lot of press about the APG - which 'happened' to coincide with the launch of the new APG side. Now call me cynical but I'd love to know what the cost of all the 'free' advertising in the Mail, Sun etc would have really cost for the likes of full page adverts versus what they may / may not have lost in glitch shops (bearing in mind the margins they make on products). Seems an awfully big coincidence that they fix the glitch by simply removing multibuy comapres at exactly the same time as launching the new barcode APG site which was already planned.....

I kind of agree with you there.

I think Asda could have stopped the glitch when it started had they wanted to. If you think about it, we got lots of stuff at cheap prices, but we also bought a lot of other stuff as fillers, also bought a lot of stuff to kill off apg's. Also we all made mistakes and got the wrong stuff that didn't glitch so good for asda if not us.

Maybe they didn't lose as much as we think and if you throw in all the free publicity into the mix, it didn't financially hurt asda anyway.
