Morning all,sorry not been on for a few days , fireworks have gone off at work again & am not coping with it very well,my Daughter had popped in lunch & witness some of it & then went home & phoned my Dh & then apparently he wanted to come up & thump my mananger but luckily he didnt ,i didnt ask but insisted on a meeting with the guy whos creating all the aggro & my boss felt i was being too emotional & i should leave things & i said NO insist on a meting when this guy was in the beginning of next week so he couldnt refuse as last time a meeting was arrranged ,the chap came in but when he realised was going to be there he walked out refusing to discuss it & told the mananger it was up to him to sort things out,yesterday i felt the manager really didnt want to have a meeting & after he realised i wasnt going to budge dispite being very emotional i told him i wanted a time/day confirmed before i finished my shift last night.i knew he would have to get a member of the committee present & he tried to get the guy to confirm he would attend the meeting !!!!!! he should have told him who pulling whose strings here anyway 10 mins before i went home the guy texted my pboss & sauid yes good idea the air needs to be cleared i was bubbling inside as months ago i wanted this ! sorry for rambling on but feel so fustrated about the whole situation

CL - sending you hugs. What a horrible time. I have been through horrible situations at work and it really affects your whole life. Let's hope things get sorted very soon for you. I know you wanted a meeting ages ago and it didn't happen. Good luck xxx

thanks SND i'm sat here feeling the tears well up ,i was ill last year with depression & i dont want to be there again ,when my Dh picked me up from work last night he said everyone was worried for me as they found it so hard seeing me so ill &are all worried for me ,i really feel like jacking it in but i dont like giving in & i feel matey would have won ,i told my boss last night that maybe thats what the guy wants to have my job

what a horrible situation to be in. When you go to this meeting you cannot afford to be emotional so best to make a list of the problems your having so you feel really prepared and hopefully calmer and able to get your point across.

I do try to read Elite thread but have to do an awful lot of skipping. Don't know how some of the regulars there manage to read AND post AND work out glitches! Still :beer: to them too.

Oh CL sorry to hear problems at work have got even worse:(:(:( agree a mtg needs to take place you can't go on like this not good for you.:( CW advise very good list all your aggreviences you need to get sorted highest priority at the top but most off all try and not be to emotional easier said than done:(.
