thanks, just think i needed you lot to knock some sense into me & give me a kick up the rear:o
think i've just been over worrying as hate confrontations.
don't think i'll go to CS or get new receipt
will print them and use them as normal and see what happens
still may use the other store though as i've already used mine abit this week (they've been ok too so far)

and if explanations not enough they can just run it through system theirselves and find they match.

If they say anything just be honest and say you figured out the missing digit so you could input it onto the website. I wouldn't go to cs about it as you are then bringing attention to yourself, esp if you get another receipt printed cos they will look at the receipt/what you bought more closely. Then just avoid that till.

Wasn't absolutely positive if caffeine compares as not purchased but both on MSM and don't say N/A so shouldn't be a problem.

Then remember the cereal is W's, where you can add cleaning & robinson with your cereal options as an alternative if not available or to make numbers up but remember these go in 3 including the trigger rice + 2,5,8

Yes Cornish - keep a diary, and if you are not confident in having to meet him & the boss in the same room next week, you are allowed to bring in an outsider as your witness just let the Manager know in advance.

Also verbal complains is not as good as handwritten complain. Hand written complain the Manager has the responsiblity to investigate the cause of the issue(s). If he does not do it he is in breach of Employees right.

If nothing has been done after your meeting, I would suggess that you write down your official complain to the Manager.

In your letter : Write down what CW suggested with the heading :-

Use a different store MT so if you run into problems it doesn't matter too much. I think it will ok though as it is easy to verify and your stores have been very good so far:)
