Just caught up with yesterday's posts.

MT sorry to know about the missing digit on the receipt. In my opinion you can go to CS and let them know the problem so they can check other receipts from that till and can sort out the problem. Also as BL has suggested you can get re-print of your receipt from CS. Hope you are feeling better today hun xxxx:A

Jeff you are so lucky for not being asked for the receipts especially on the back ground of all the trouting experiences people are posting. Sometimes its good to be in a small store rather than in a big city store

Just noticed FLW on this weekend peeps so time to prepare for listing if anyone is interested...;)

feeling abit better today
but really can't make up my mind what to do about receipts:(

i've been very lucky with this store so far, stayed under radar and no probs with excepting APGs so very reluctant to draw any attention to myself.
receipt have total £30 APG use on them and new APGs will be £24 so they will know i'm near my limit. as a regular user of store with coupons anyway some know me fairly well.


thinking another option would be to go to my next local store with APGs (missing number written on corner) then if queried say prob with till & CS said to write missing digit on receipt so they could check it matched on there system.
that way if any probs i could still use my regular store.

If you have no problems using apg's in that store then why would yo be bothered about using one which you have figured out the missing digit on? If they say anything just be honest and say you figured out the missing digit so you could input it onto the website. I wouldn't go to cs about it as you are then bringing attention to yourself, esp if you get another receipt printed cos they will look at the receipt/what you bought more closely. Then just avoid that till.
