    * photo and list on evilbay slearly I don't want to do this!
    * debating whether to go to a friends birthday bbq later today - I could be really checky and go empty handed except for a birthday card. Would need to drive so won't drink and can eat veggie stuff. Would that be too checky???? decided not to go afterall.
    * [STRIKE]getting picked up by friend and going out for a walk with her little dogs[/STRIKE] :THad a nice time with my friend all afternoon and I think right now I just need to be around close friends...

friend treated me to a sausage sandwich

She also gave me 4 corgettes and 5 peppers from her garden, a bag of 4 aubergines she wasn't going to use and a bag of tea bags :T

Her chickens are hatching some eggs as well and she has said she'll give me a couple when they hatch and we move into our new home and a chicken run :j
She is lovely :A so nice to be around her for the day
fairly pleased with myself for today's efforts (without much effort at all :T) and I have also made a banana bread to use up some almost liquified bananas (and some of the 2ltrs of yogurt made the other day) and some roasted med veg for lunches :)

also saved seeds out of the peppers to plant next spring :money:

just about to jump in the bath and do a deep conditioner and facial :)

can you find a mobile one? My mil uses a mobile beautician for her nails. She visits her at home and its a fraction of what it cost her in a salon :money:

    :money:Today's tasks:

    * cheer up!
    * make courgette soup to use up courgette's given to me yesterday and freeze
    * make ratatouille (to use up aubergines and courgettes) to go with roast
    * do the fricking ebay listing. Clearly I hate this but the extra/cash and less to move is desperately needed!
    * all meals from stores
    * walk to the SM and buy gravy and hummous and nothing else
    * whilst on this 5 mile walk might pop into the sports direct and look for supports for my knee and ankle so I can run again
    * iron clothes for work tomorrow
    * do some filing (have a pile about 5inches high sitting on the side :o)

    Morning all,

My list is pretty much the same as yesterday as I didn't do half of it! I just had zero motivation, I think it's the lack of sleep caused by next door, I don't see why they can't close a door normally, it ALWAYS slams!

    So, todays' plan:-

    • Food from stores
    • Log calories using free app
    • Charge phone via pc
    • Check online banking
    • Trying to declutter a bit & do some flylady
    • Must try & do a survey or 2
    • Go to Mr T's for a few bits, use voucher!
    • DH not drinking all month
    • Free exercise on pole at home
    • Do some studying
    • Maybe get round to doing some fleabaying?? Time is ticking away...
Have a great, MSE day everyone! x

  • Hello All,

La E - Hope the puppy gets better soon, it's so worrying when they're poorly

Ziggy and DNMS - Sorry to hear you are both down atm

Pixie - Hope the car gets fixed soon!

I had a bit of a home colouring hair disaster a couple of nights ago - I never learn! I went from having lovely blonde hair to something that resembles dirty dishwater! I had a cut yesterday (which I was going to have anyway this month but I moved forward) but I can't live with the colour so I'm having highlights on Tuesday . I'm annoyed at myself by the extra expense but I'll just have to try extra hard in other areas this month!

    So this weekend I have...

Done a car boot yesterday - only made £10 - nobody wanted to buy anything!

Had my hair cut which was budgeted for

Met up with a friend to look at a house she wants to buy through shared ownership. It looks nice but the responsibility is scary. It makes more economic sense doing this though as where we live the rental prices are extortionate. She should end up paying less this way. Perhaps something me and the other half should look into

Went for a cheeky pint and bowl of chips with said friend with car boot profits - was nice to have a gossip and moan about my hair!

NSD today and all meals from stores

    Had driving lesson this morning

Have been out for a long walk

    Checked bank

    Need to check surveys

Hoover whole house - half way through!

Get prepared for going back full-time at work tomorrow

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend
