    Good news.

Frankly if it were me I would be considering legal action against both the council and the bailiffs for the misappropriation of your car. It shouldn't be too difficult to think up some losses arising.

    Good to hear.
I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world

Sorry Coupon, just wanted to point this out as you're normally hot on stuff like this and I wonder if you're dealing with two threads at the same time or something?:

There is no clamped car, it's been physically taken. Just thought I should point this out in case you're posting different advice to what you intended.

Point taken, no need to apologise, I did post and run a little bit...

...It's football transfer deadline day and I have had one eye on SkySportsNews, and the other 'nipping around' between a few more forums and rumour websites than normal today!

    :D

I hope by that you don't mean you had to go and collect it? I would have demanded delivery of it back and then not signed for it until you've inspected its condition and found any damage caused to it etc.

Don't let this go, you've suffered a loss of time and probably wages dealing with this. The council have acted vexatiously against you and the bailiffs have wrongfully deprived you of your vehicle with the intention of a permanent deprivation if they didn't get their money.

Pursue them for everything you can get. Thats an order!

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
  • Haha no problem !! At first I was just so happy to get the car back , now I'm sitting here starting tO get angry over how I have been treated !! I will take it further. That's without a doubt.
