    Hi FB,

Sorry, mine is wrong. I submitted my chart, realised I'd put the wrong balance in and left a comment on this thread, I wasn't sure if submitting two updates would be too confusing, but I think my post got lost in all the activity.

My balance as of Sept 12th should be £54,739.26

    Thank you!

ETA: Also, FB, am I right in saying you work in something to do with software engineering? Or am I getting you mixed up with someone else?

Calfuray: You can just re-submit your Chart #3 again with an explanation in the comment. FB highlights all updates that are processed so there won't be an confusion and it will ensure your update is correctly documented and handled.

  • Ha, just proved that 'numbers' and wine don't mix very well. Marked as updated, but hadn't actually done the update. Applied now.

Also updated for SillySod, Shooting star and Glitterball.

  • Hi,

Right - my target is £60350 (eek) and I have got £41573 to go !

    On the action list...
I have now requested my higher tax from last financial year SIPP contribution (£3750) - which will go into SIPP once I get it back from HMRC (in about 8 weeks time I reckon :))
I have got £4000 in my current account ready to be paid in

In terms of reporting, as the 20% basic tax rebate isn't immediately credited, I will report it separately. As for the higher rate rebate, that's going to have to wait until next tax year :(

    FG
    MFiT-T4 Number 68
MFiT 4 Goal - Build up savings (SIPP, ISA etc.) to £250k . Current balance £174748 (1/8/16).
    Crazy goal - £500k by Jan 2026.

    Hi ShelleyC,

Good news - I added into £13,042 into the sheet and it reported your balance as £36,958. Now fixed 01 and 02. Assume you started chat 01 with a balance of zero.

About to sit down for some tea - I'll be back later.

    FB.

Sorry FB I'm causing chaos my correction was for chart 1. My entries should be as below ...

    Chart 1 50000 36958 50000 13042 26.08%
    Chart 2 50000 25851 50000 24149 48.30%
    Chart 3 50000 14985 50000 35015 70.03%

    Thanks again ;)

Mine must surely be wrong as I'm not green but I'm afraid it's correct :rotfl:

No point in meeting the target easily though is there :D

    Thanks FB - you're a star :kisses3:

Great to see so many in green. - well done all :T

  • As always - a tad late in updating, but not as late as previous charts.

I think I may need to revise my goal too - still mulling that one over.

So happy to see that I'm at 34% :j :j Not sure we can continue OPing at the same rate for much longer, but here's hoping :)

    Hi tootoo ,

I'm pretty sure that if you read and follow the instructions in the first few posts and send a personal message to financialbliss he will set you up. - unlike those of us in before quarter one you will only have nine opportunities to meet or exceed your target though as the three year period is fixed and not rolling.

    Best of luck
