Sneaks in....................just bought a new car a bright red brand new Fiat 500. Took out the finance as it works out almost the same so no dent in the savings for now. You can pay it back early and only pay 1 months interest as penalty.
Best of all got £500 more for my part exchange than I paid for it last month.
Get the car next week, they were desperate to make their March target.
TG - How are you going to fit into a Fiat 500?!Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0 -

It's like a tardis small on the outside but on the inside. Get it Thursday so will have to drive it up to HQ and a few other places but should be economical.

Wooh, I'm yellow. I'm annoyed with myself for being just £148 away from green as I know I'll fall into the red for the next few months due to needing to get some decorating done etc.
But what a great chart. It's so clear seeing everything so nicely set out. Thank you so much FB for doing that despite all the extra hours you're working!0 -

Thank you both - as one of only four people who has posted my first quarter update in the red (at time of checking) as opposed to the no update majority of reds, I really appreciate the encouragement. This is my first challenge and I do have a plan, but it's a slow start, with other things getting in the way a bit.
Suffolk lass----the red on chart means you o/p your capital on your mortgage which is great---most people don't
I was red for over 3 years,I only managed green for FIRST time march 2013.you will get there, don't worry about others.
today I have been quoted a redemption fee to clear the re-mortgage part of my debt-so that means i will have a bigger debt snowball o/p may for my original mortgage.

Instead of starting a new book, I have begun reading FB's MFW Diary. The beginning has a good hook, and so far the plot is good. Unlike reading most books, the fact that I already know the outcome doesn't detract from the story, it actually makes it more interesting.
It's very inspiring, and I am almost considering writing my own.
