The Mortgage Free in Three - Take 3 challenge (MFiT-T3)

Hi all,
Just checking in. Dropped the ball a bit here. Got a handful of dramas going on in my life just now – none of which I want to drag into a public forum, but one of them in particular is really bothering me greatly and is taking a lot of time away from things I could/should be doing.
Anyway, enough about that – I’m intending to get chart 06 out tomorrow and I aim to get back up to speed with this challenge in the coming days. Will be better in the latter 6 charts, than I have been in the first 6.
More tomorrow.

Update given, not really much to shout about unfortunately due to certain circumstances this year beyond my control
I have also become a bit lax lately as I only have a couple of years left on the mortgage and my interest isnt very high so not saving much by OPing. I have really calmed down with it and enjoying life a bit better and being more relaxed as I feel I am at a point where I can be.
My mortgage balance is now £23820, my balance would have been £57,748 without OPs so I am happy with that.
FB hope you get things sorted out hun xMFW 16 No 33

Must be nice to know the end is in sight, even more so to be able to relax about the whole situation! Enjoy it!
It just goes to show how much difference OP'ing can make. we're restricted to 20% OP's and we've rounded it down to make a neat mortgage payment of £500pm (so we don't really maximise our OP'ment opportunities at present). We have a 20 year mortgage, fixed for 5 years (3 to go) and we're set to reduce the mortgage term by 5 years as things currently stand!£12k in 2019 #084 £3000/£3000

Evening (just).
Here’s a first stab at chart 06. Had to actually prepare chart 06, plus mop up some of the outstanding chart 05 updates and also apply chart 06 updates, so this has took much longer than I anticipated.
Thanks everyone who has provided an update so far – thanks for sticking with me / the challenge. Well done everyone!
Chart 06 is here:

You can bookmark this if you link – it’s address should not change. I’ll also add to the start of the challenge.
Can you take a look at your balance please and if anything is a miss, please PM me. There’s also some registration and objective updates to do. I’m going to turn in shortly this evening after this and address those over the weekend, plus add chart 07.
Thanks,

I'm in the red. Obviously FB's mistake, I can't possibly be 12k short :whistle::whistle::whistle::
Watch this space I tell you, watch this space :rotfl:
Thanks FB :T and well done everyone :jA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Just checked out the chart and I wanted to say thanks FB and well done to everyone - especially those of us who have updated regularly or completed early. Here we are, half way through and there are some awesome achievements. I know I'm really pleased with myself. I was not green for the first two or three updates and then I started to get the bug.
In the immediate future if my Son gets the job he's going for I will be another couple or three hundred a month better off as I am supporting him in his house at the moment and paying his phone and bills - I would like to add that to my regular overpayment but might wait until after the holidays. A little splashing the cash respite is good for the soul once in a while...
All the best
