Oh!, so this is what one months figures tells you. I personally, speaking for myself obviously don't look at anything less than a 6 month trend when property is involved(and even thats a small window), and have said so on here on many occasions when prices have dropped.
So even before you have looked at the report you can deduce that property prices are on the rise again, well moneyinmypocket you are top man along with Hamish and with wotsthat once he logs on in a couple of hours for his daily stint on here.

Seriously Hamish, I am shocked at you. You post more than anyone else and like to present your posts as well thought out constructive arguments. Yet you start all that glass clattering celebrations. Any serious commentator on property will tell you that you cannot read anything into one months data, but hey ho, I suppose if it gives some a happy feeling this morning.

For the record I still see a beginning of a downward trend, time will tell.

Prices rise by the most in over two years, on top of all the other positive indices lately, and you still typed that with a straight face....

    Well done!

Epic propaganda effort! Brit would be proud...

Ok, with half a dozen of you this morning with your pants around your ankles I presumed you would like a bear such as me to be available so you could rub at least one of our noses in it(attempt). :)

If thats the best you are going to come with I will let you get on with it, I will have a look later today to see if it is possible for at least one of you guys to come up with a reasoned argument on how this is the start of a upward trend.

But I am sure it won't be coming from you or MrRee/Prickpants:)
