Morning all! Haven't had time to catch up fully , but thanks for the new thread Aau1 (apologies if misspelt). I've decided to use the ignore button for the first time and just carry on.
Hope Westie and HC have a lovely holiday and HC doesn't cause too many international incidents! We look forward to seeing them both back safe and sound after their travels, early mornings won't be the same while Westie's away.
LadyLeenie, livingsocial have a deal on today for a £20 voucher and 15% off drinks for £10, to spend at the Blackwell Ox just outside York. It looks quite nice and could be combined with a day trip top the coast or the York Moors. I'm tempted.
Have a nice day all!Hope is not a strategy.0 -
£4 in A but £4.69 in T so may not be a good example. Smaller size is 2 for £4 so need to avoid.

Evening all!
Off to catch up in a mo on the old thread....
Dreamerbea - glad your furry boy got the all clear!
And Lesleyanderson - great to hear that your gorgeous girl is on the mend!
I thought I'd introduce you to my old man, hoping he'll get the all clear tomorrow, but not so sure we will, think we'll have to have a few more visits to the vets!
Meet Percy - aged 20-22yrs old
Aww - hes really cute Magic. Reminds me of an old fella that we feed round here. His 'owners' kicked him out - he too is old and deaf and has the most awful wailing miaow so they decided that they didn't want him any more so threw him out. Fortunately for him he is reasonably well looked after as me and two of the neighbours feed him and have been known to take him to the vet - he wasn't eating too well and was getting very thin. Turned out he needed dental treatment which the 3 of us paid for and he is now a lot better. He sits in our garden or on the porch most of the time and is no trouble at all. Can't take him in permanently as we have cats & dogs (and kids) and he doesn't like any of them. He sometimes goes into the neighbours houses as well - I'm hoping come the winter that he will go inside more. I call him Billy (as in no mates):A0 -
So with the shampoo we need to look for the dearest thats the cheapest but 3 for 2 in Ts to maximise.
Morning FloFlo,
I think we may need to buy 3 hair care products but not sure. Looking at Celebrates and Best prices comparisons last night 3 products were bought and it seems each item was compared to a third of the lower priced two items.
Did the receipt you had just have Head and Shoulders on or were there other hair care items?0 -
This is the list of 342 in T

I noticed the hair colours are also included:j:j:j:j0 -

Came home yesterday after being out for 2 hours finishing my Christmas shopping and my greyhound was limping around. After an hour started shivering like he had the flu and then refused to eat any dinner. Got him to vet's last night and he kept him in to do x-rays. Worst case he has broken his toe and will need to be amputated:(:(
Oh hope you hear from the vet soon and it is good newsAngelsMadv wrote: »To be fair I wouldn't bother washing the sauce off. Makes a nice sauce for the chilli
I agree the sauce helps make the chilli - I made one a couple of nights ago. It might be the sauce has WW points or SW syns in though that might explain only wanting the beans0 -
Caught up a bit - hope the regulars come back. FK, Scamps, COT etc the thread won't be the same without you. And really hope that Happy returns from holiday and comes back to keep us amused - he is one heck of a funny guy and sooooo helpful.
:(:(:(

Our other greyhound had her toe amputated a couple of months ago as ripped her nail out and grew back all wonky. we had to take her every 2 days for a month to have her dressings changed and is a 30min drive away it was a night mare. Our vets did warn us when we first rescued them that anything from the shoulders down will always be a problem with greyhounds and we are beginning to see him regularly xx
Last night was the first night my 2 had been separated and she keeps crying bless her missing her brother xNow on the 5:2 diet.
Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go0
