No she worked from home. her business was pretty much mobile.

thats where its different this time.. had a shop. google gbg salons.. and the site should come up... which has recently changed as was known as grumpy but gorgeous , com which is now inaccessible

anyway done a runner from the shop.. all shut up and had been for the last couple of weeks,.. rucks and rucks of girls have been turning up for parties and are left gutted!!

Yes your right she did work from home, and then went to Greece.

Last time she was reported to the Police and Trading Standards,and if my memory is correct her local newspaper ran an article about her ruining children's parties.

As I have said before I am shocked she is back and on such a big scale.

If she's not registered as a Ltd, then it's not needed.

'T..M..C.. (Europe) Ltd' (abbreviated name) is a Limited company, listed on companies house.
'W..M.. (International) Ltd' (as above) is a Limited Company, listed on Companies House.
'P.. Taxis (Hertfordshire) LLP' (as above) is a Limited Liability Partnership, listed on companies house.
'G..Taxi' (CK as an independent taxi driver) is not a limited company, operating through a Sole Tradership therefore not on companies house.

I operate as all four (not really the last one now, but I still enjoy it when I get time), using 3 different company structures.

All are legal, but the last one puts me as self-employed, therefore not needing to be registered anywhere. The last one is also too small to be VAT-registered (about £10k/yr t/o now), so there's no record of the business, except on HMRC's database.
