Dell Refurbs?

Hi, does anyone have any experience of using the dell outlet store? What are the refurbished computers like, are they good value? I only want a new pc but dell seem to insist on selling a monitor with all their new computers but the outlet store has plenty of base units. Any advice greatfully received. Just to add my…

Try Novatech I have bought at least 5 pcs from them over the years, really good service (they even remember what you bought and can advise on upgrades and so on at a later date) and they don't come with monitors you just add what you want
