Be careful, though, because I think that one or two have said that they have had their walls taken away because they think they raised too many tickets
I still have the wall but I was told that any that did not credit on their own I would no longer have help with so I can still do offers but if there is no instant credit bad luck I just did it for free. Still can not believe it was because I raised 3 tickets in 4 months can u? Insane. I did a 4th one but it was a ticket to let them know of a fault and omg did I regret it. I sent it saying I have just come across this fault, please see this screen shot blahblah blah and so I have been unable to complete the offer. I just thought I would let you know.
The reply I got was please send screen shots to show that you completed the offer or we can not credit you. So I replied saying well I didn't complete it and I do not want credit I sent an error link not asking for credit :-/
Their reply was perhaps you went off track, sometimes with these surveys pop up's come up and you go off the normal path. If you go and try again and make sure you complete the offer then we can credit you.
I was like I DO NOT WANT CREDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol first time I lost my temper lol :-) I actually ended up saying look sorry we are clearly at crossed purposes please just close this ticket and thank you for the help :-) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
I've just done a 100SB Trusted Survey on coffee that not only was really fun to do but also credited immediately0

Thanks Paul, I am on the Special Offers tab and clicked on 'Support', oh boy there are loads of offers I've4 completed. I'd better start looking through my posts on this thread and see which ones I've moaned about nor crediting and see which was the highest payer(s) and concentrate on them so that SB don't think I'm trying to pull a fast one and take my walls away! ETA: Some have been marked as completed but there are 6 marked as 'offer viewed'
Cath you will need screen shots of you completing the offers and screen shots of any emails if the offers sent you the emails.
It is also best to try and take the date showing on the compter screen so that they can see the screen shot is from the right time. Peanut labs have never asked me to do that but a few others have. I think it depends which wall and who you get.
If you put ticket into Peanut labs I will advise you to pop the ticket in wait a while and if they do not reply ie 2 days to log into the peanut labs link that they will email you and chase it up. When I first started I had about 9 peanut labs ones I had put in with screen shots and no one got back to me. Since found if I chase them someone is usually onto them within a few hours and are always lovely on there. Not had a single problem getting help on there shame there are not more offers lol.
Good luck hon and keep at it xxx0 -
I can't remember all of the amounts of the lost credits, but the one that mattered most was the Toluna 134SB's on Sponsorpay and that is not on my support wall, plus I have now deleted that account as it wouldn't allow me to complete registration on the site and take surveys, tho i still have the email, but if they check, then they will see account closed. I also only have emails from the Nivea that didn't credit, think that was only 23SB's Don't know whether to bother.0

Try signing up again hon, worth a go. Just completely sign up with them again and complete the profile surveys etc. I am kicking myself with half of these because I have been with some of the sites years before swagbucks and I am missing out on points lol. :-)
Guys has anyone signed up with the wargame 1942? can not for the life of me work out what I am doing lol0 -

I think that maybe the problem is that the more complaints they get (and obviously they do get a lot of complaints bearing in mind the number of people on swagbucks alone who complain), the more they have to employ people to deal with the complaints and the less profit they make. So it's easier just to get rid of the complainers because there will always be others who sign up to take their place.Swagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610
